Resolution:Nomination of Michael Snow to Chapter-selection WMF board process

Resolved that:

That the committee authorise Liam Wyatt to approach Michael Snow, current member of the WMF board, to seek Michael's approval to be nominated to retain his position through the 2010 Chapter board election process. If permission is received, that Liam submit the nomination on behalf of Wikimedia Australia.
