Wikimedia Australia is run by a board that is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.

No responses were received, so the Secretary assumed the Treasurer position under Section 76 of the Act on 28 October 2015, and a resolution ratifying this passed Committee on 31 October 2015.
  4. ↑ The AGM was held on 11 October 2015, with two general committee member vacancies. On the 18th October, Steven Crossin was co-opted to fill one of the vacancies.
