I've been a member of Wikimedia Australia since incorporation, and served as treasurer in 2014. I'm User:MichaelBillington on Wikipedia, where I've been an administrator since 2007. I also had an early involvement in the Wikiversity community as a custodian.

My priorities for the upcoming term are:

  • to improve our public communication and member engagement, and
  • to gain funding to ensure the continuity of our core programmes.
