Meeting:2015 AGM/Secretary's report

2014-15 has been an interesting term. We've experimented with different modes of meeting and have settled on Skype and Etherpad for recording meetings. I have enjoyed working with all of the outgoing committee members, and particularly want to thank Steven and Michael as outgoing members and Gideon as a continuing member for their service to demanding executive roles.

Membership

Wikimedia Australia has 37 members, six down from last year. (Two further members have indicated they will renew shortly.) They come from the following locations:

Western Australia: 10
New South Wales: 9
Victoria: 8
Queensland: 5
South Australia: 2
ACT: 1
Tasmania: 1
Overseas: 1

Of our members, 9 (24.3%) are female - one down but percentage up from last year - while 4 (10.8%) are from rural areas.
