These are the only two instances where the "rules" refer to the Public officer as such that is the only change necessary to fully comply with the requirements of [http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/vic/num_act/aira201220o2012422/sch4.html schedule 4 section 8] which would then see our rules recognised as being the "new rules" but not "new model rules" [[User:Gnangarra|Gnan]][[User_talk:Gnangarra|garra]] 02:58, 23 November 2012 (EST)
