Proposal talk:Suspending the private mailing list/Proposed Code of Conduct

"Most discussions should be held on the open list." Add something about "or on this wiki"? It seems to me that the mailing lists are best for time-sensitive things, and anything that can be should be done on-wiki. Or am I missing the point again? :-) Sam Wilson (talk) 09:46, 2 October 2013 (EST)
