Q. Does this wiki have Special:Import enabled? - I'm going to try and find out! - This would allow a user to import articles directly from en using Special:Export (an existing function).

A. - Yes it does! - It's restricted to the sysop group (same as it is everywhere - the 'permission error' note is a little inaccurate, that's all :-)
