The Country Record: Australian Music Edit-a-thon
AEDT
Australian country artists are missing from Wikipedia! Learn to edit Wikipedia and help write the record!
Wikimedia Australia and the Australia Council for the Arts present 'The Country Record - Australian Music on Wikipedia', a new initiative that aims to grow the low number of Wikipedia articles about Australian musicians, organisations and publications over the next six months.

In partnership with the Australian Country Music Association, meet online and learn to edit the Wikipedia pages of your favourite country artists as part of our edit-a-thon.

Wikipedia is one of the most popular websites in the world written by an international community of volunteer editors. When you search something online, Wikipedia is often the top result, with information boxes on Google sourced from its pages.

No experience required! Just register to receive the link, sign up for a Wikipedia account in advance and then join the fun.

Let's work together to improve the visibility of Australian Country music!
