  • Tuesday 25 June 2013: Wikipedia edit training at Gold Coast in partnership with State Library of Queensland - Kerry will present the session and is looking for a volunteer to assist new editors with their first article, contact Kerry if you can help
  • Sunday 7 July 2013 (First Sunday of every month): Wikimedia Australia holds a public meeting, with online participation in the Australian IRC channel #wikimedia-au. Everyone is welcome to join and take part in discussions related to the chapter. - Time: TBA!
  • Saturday 20 July 2013: Blue Mountains Editathon - at State Library of New South Wales - Everyone is welcome for breakfast, a guided tour of the gallery by a library curator, and expert library staff will be available for advice and assistance with source material.
  • Wednesday 21 August 2013: Freopedia - A walk with User:Gnangarra starting at The Round House to introduce people to the extent of the Freopedia both in the work already done and the work still to be done. Organised by The Meeting Place as lead up to workshops during October - December. All welcome.. registration details TBA... start time:10am
