I, Brian Salter-Duke, am now Treasurer of Wikimedia Australia Inc. since taking over the position in June, 2010, I am also the Public Officer.

From January 2009 to the 2009 AGM, I was Treasurer. As Public Officer, I was responsible for submitting the application for incorporation, and I am generally the point of contact between the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs and Wikimedia Australia Inc. The continuing role involves submitting the annual reports to the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs.
