I, Brian Salter-Duke, am now an ordinary committee member of Wikimedia Australia Inc., appointed at the AGM on November 29, 2009. I am also the Public Officer.

From January 2009 to the recent AGM, I was Treasurer. As Public Officer, I was responsible for submitting the application for incorporation, and I am generally the point of contact between the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs and Wikimedia Australia Inc. The continuing role involves submitting the annual reports to the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs.
