- likely to be a short term - AGM should be brought forward to August/September
todos:
- establish regular monthly meetings
- establish expected participation of ctte members (meeting attendance, preparation, wiki/ML)
- reasonable expectations - should be achievable with a FT job and some other commitments!
- "IRL" ctte meeting ASAP (mid January?)
- Resolve fundraiser stuff with WMF
- Set up plans for spending WMF grants
- improve tech infrastructure - move to CiviCRM for membership
