Staff from Charles Sturt University and La Trobe University partnered with Wikimedia Australia to develop an active learning exercise that analyses the readability, accuracy, and authorship of Wikipedia articles within the context of science communication.

This Zoom is a recording of an online session, “Wikipedia to enhance student communication skills,” held in September 2024. Academics across Australia were invited to discuss the benefits of analysing Wikipedia to support students’ learning of communication skills and develop assessments for activities, including rubrics.
