- Gideon Digby appoints Tom Hogarth - voting no to Resolution 1 (reasons: 1. the rules were based on the later rules; 2. the model rules don't allow for privacy accorded users as part of UCoC, of which WMAU is a signatory); voting yes to Resolution 2.
