Most participants are likely to join the IRC, although a few physical venues have been organised. Venues in Sydney and Perth not yet organised.

Non-members are welcome to attend as observers via IRC or at a venue.  Venue costs can be covered by a [[small grant]].

Three account approvers have been appointed, and non-members are now able to request an account.

A final call for comment so the committee can vote on it.  If we have
