Support

I haven't read it in detail, but in principle I support it. Clearly the law hasn't kept up with the modern world, and this was an unforeseen need. Thanks to the committee for dealing with it responsibly. --Chris Watkins (talk) 12:43, 21 September 2013 (EST)
