What was quite important about having such an event in the location, is that the status of the Lawrence Wilson Gallery location is very relevant, as the environment is probably the most significant for increased access to current artists and their work in Perth, as well as access to information about historical material. The involvement by active artists in Perth, and exhibitions that have been held at the gallery, is what the Wikimedia Australia Western Australian Wiki Club West presence has substantiated a 'presence' that would otherwise might slip through multiple competing events of the same weekend.

That there had been mention of the event on the ABC actually had three of those present turn up at very short notice. That is an outcome that we could have hoped from Caddie's involvement that we could have asked for, as it included one active artist of whom Gnangarra was able to create an article on the spot. Another out of the blue person was able to identify as being a relative of three persons with articles in wikipedia - one being none other than the very important Bessie Rischbieth [1] with the possibility of being able to provide materials later about the relatives.

Visiting the event also was Ted Snell, (about whom an article will be created), who as the convenor of the UWA Cultural precinct, is of very supportive and friendly towards the event, and whose support and interest was very encouraging. The curator of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cruthers_Collection_of_Women%27s_Art Cruthers collection also was present
