Motion: That the minutes from the 2024 AGM be accepted. Moved by Alex Lum. Seconded by Amanda Lawrence. Accepted (carried without dissent)

Special resolution to amend the rules of the association
The proposed special resolution to amend the rules of association was discussed. Members raised a number of questions and requested further information regarding the proposed amendments. In response, the formal vote on the special resolution did not proceed at the meeting.
