  • establish regular monthly meetings
  • establish expected participation of ctte members (meeting attendance, preparation, wiki/ML)
    • reasonable expectations - should be achievable with a FT job and some other commitments!
  • "IRL" ctte meeting ASAP (mid January?)
  • Resolve fundraiser stuff with WMF
  • Set up plans for spending WMF grants
  • improve tech infrastructure - move to CiviCRM for membership
