About meHi, I'm Steve. I'm based in Melbourne and I mainly edit the English Wikipedia, where I focus on dispute resolution activities. I've been a member of Wikimedia Australia since July 2011, and on the committee of management (now referred to as the board) from November 2012 to October 2016, and then again from October 2017 to 2021, serving as it's president for the 2013-2014 and 2014-15 termm, and then later, treasuer, secretary, and ordinary member. I was then appointed to a vacant position as an ordinary member of the management committee for the 2015-2016 period. I also previously served on the Wikimedia Foundation Individual Engagement Grants committee. |
My workAs a member of the management committee, I helped to provide oversight and governance for the organisation. |
