Wikimedia Australia welcomes volunteers. There are many ways you can help, both online and offline.

What are your strongest skills? Where do they cross over with the Upcoming_events of Wikimedia Australia?

If you haven't done so yet, it's a good idea to join our mailing lists to meet and chat with other volunteers.

Ways to help online

• Edit the various Wikimedia projects and help make them better! Of course this often involves offline activity as well - being out and about taking photographs, attending events to write about on Wikinews, going to the library to find sources, etc.
• Help organise and improve our wiki pages.

Ways to help offline

• Organise, speak at, or just attend a meetup in your local capital city.
• Speak at a local school, organisation, or relevant club, about how to use Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects effectively.
