1Lib1Ref stands for one librarian, one reference. It's a campaign by librarians around the world (and anyone who has a passion for free knowledge) to add a missing references to articles on Wikipedia.

How to get involved:

  1. Go to Citation Hunt
  2. Use your Librarian Super Powers to find a reliable source to support the citation
  3. Add a citation using Wikipedia's citation generator from any ISBN, doi or URL
  4. Add the hashtag #1Lif1Ref in the edit summary
  5. Click publish!
