Staff from Charles Sturt University and La Trobe University partnered with Wikimedia Australia to develop an active learning exercise that analyses the readability, accuracy, and authorship of Wikipedia articles and generative AI tools within the context of science communication.

This Zoom is a recording of the session “Wikipedia to enhance student communication skills”, held on 11th September 2024, where academics across Australia were invited to discuss the benefits of analysing Wikipedia to support students’ learning of communication skills and develop assessments for activities, including rubrics.
