- 9 October, 2011: The 2011 Annual General Meeting will take place. The time and agenda are yet to be finalised.
- 16 April, 2011 at 2:00 PM AEST: A Special General Meeting will be occurring via IRC and phone hookup. All members are invited to attend. Non-members are invited to participate as observers.
- First Sunday of the Month at 5:00 PM AEST. (April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December): The Wikimedia Australia committee will be online in the Chapter's IRC channel, Wikimedia-au. Everyone is welcome to join and take part in discussions related to the chapter.
- 19 March, 2011 at 4:00 PM: Sydney women4wikipedia meetup
- Wiki Wednesdays in Sydney - a regular bi-monthly meet for those interested in all things wiki.
