Ann Reynolds

Australian mentor and dedicated Wikipedian, Ann Reynolds, has recently achieved a significant milestone by completing her 100,000th edit on Wikipedia! Passionate about addressing the gender gap on the platform, Ann embarked on her Wikipedia editing journey in 2017.

Since 2018, Ann has been leading the Women Write Wiki, a women's Wikipedia editing group. The group convenes twice a month, either online or at The Women’s Library in Newtown, inner-Sydney. Initially focused on highlighting Australian women authors in the library's collection, the group has been actively working to close the gender disparity in Wikipedia entries.

Ann's followers on social media celebrate her incredible achievement

In recognition of her impactful contributions, Ann Reynolds was honored with the 2021 EDNA Award for Community Activism. Congratulations to Annie on this remarkable achievement!
