• Last meeting’s minutes carried over for approval.

• Committee members to advise when absent.
• Newsletter needs to add Canberra event, update Sydney & Berlin… add WLE 2019 link and couple of images
• WikiClubWest events with City of Canning, digitization project.. looking forward to some intro sessions in each City of Canning Library… followed up with digi events
• Sydney conference, Len ok, need to book flights and accommodation for all
• Robert costs to attend Canberra email.
• Motion:To cover Roberts travel, meal, and accommodation costs for the ANU Canberra event April 2-6
