Ada are interested in having an IRC chat with the Australian Wiki Community soon, but were unable to make it to this public meeting.
Ada has their regular public IRC meeting on Thu, December 8, 11:30pm. There meeting goes for an hour.
We could schedule another WMAU IRC meeting during December for Ada Initiative to attend.
Or we could invite Ada Initiative to our January public meeting.

Last month we discussed reducing the membership fees. The committee has also been looking into how to support the growth of local groups who wish to become more organised and build their local community.

Our budget includes a project manager for the first half of 2012 to improve communications and capacity, which is one of our Core strategy items.
